Mary Ellen Kramp, PT, DPT, CLT is a physical therapist specializing in pelvic health for both men and women, with advanced expertise in complex pelvic, lymphatic, vascular, and breastfeeding‑related conditions. In addition to clinical work, she is writing a book and has a podcast called The Postpartum Years to educate and support those who have given birth in their postpartum recovery journey whether it is days, weeks, months, years or decades later.
Mary Ellen has published an infertility case‑series in the Journal of the American Osteopathic Association and a lymphatic case report in Rehabilitation Oncology, and has additionally designed a research study focused on infertility.
She develops and teaches continuing education courses for physical and occupational therapists, with a curriculum spanning the lymphatic and vascular systems, breast anatomy and treatment, and infant feeding dysfunction—including hands‑on approaches to improving latch and early feeding success.
Mary Ellen is also the co‑founder of The Nourish Project, an organization dedicated to elevating clinical education around breastfeeding, latch mechanics, and infant feeding challenges.
She earned her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Springfield College in 1992 and completed her Doctor of Physical Therapy at Boston University in 2005.
