Nehal is a pelvic health physical therapist and Director of Pelvic Health specializing in comprehensive pelvic health across all genders and stages of life. Her clinical work includes pelvic pain, bowel and bladder dysfunction, urinary and fecal incontinence, constipation, sexual dysfunction, male pelvic health, gender-affirming care, pregnancy and postpartum rehabilitation, early and acute postpartum care, labor preparation, preventative pelvic floor care, core and abdominal rehabilitation, and pre- and post-surgical care. She also supports patients preparing for and recovering from pelvic, abdominal, gynecologic, colorectal, urologic, and gender-affirming surgeries.

Originally trained in India, Nehal holds a Master’s in Physical Therapy majoring in Obstetrics and Gynecology and has experience across inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings. She currently provides individualized 1:1 outpatient care and home visits on demand. Her approach is evidence-based, collaborative, and patient-centered, with a strong emphasis on education, prevention, and empowering patients to understand and participate in their care. She collaborates with physicians, surgeons, doulas, fitness professionals, and other healthcare providers to create connected, holistic care.

Nehal is passionate about increasing awareness and access to pelvic health, advocating for better maternal healthcare, mentoring physical therapists and students entering pelvic health, and creating an inclusive, culturally sensitive space where people can seek care for bowel, bladder, sexual, pelvic, and reproductive health concerns without stigma.
