  • Provider Directory: Pelvic Health Network provides a directory of hospitals offering OT and PT after birth and accepting students.
  • Educational Protocols: The Cesarean Delivery Rehab Protocol, developed with Dr. Karin Fox, focuses on recovery after C-sections, and other early recovery rehab pathways and educational materials.
  • Thought Leadership: Access to conversations, articles, stories, and research shaping the future of pelvic health.

Our directory is intended to connect patients with hospitals utilizing early recovery techniques (before the traditional 6-week mark). While we strive to highlight innovative leaders in the field:

  • We do not guarantee the quality of care or the accuracy of the information provided by third-party facilities listed in our directory.
  • Users are responsible for verifying the credentials and insurance compatibility of any provider found through our platform.

5A. User Accounts

    We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for the Pelvic Health Network community.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation policy: 30 days notice for facility training, no refunds for digital materials once accessed.

  • Facility Trainings: If you cancel a scheduled facility training with less than 30 days’ written notice, a $3,000 cancellation fee applies. If you cancel with at least 30 days’ written notice, you will not be charged the cancellation fee (subject to any separate, signed agreement for the engagement).
  • Digital / Virtual Products: No refunds for digital or virtual products and materials once access has been provided or the materials have been accessed/downloaded/streamed, unless required by law.
  • How to Request: Cancellation or refund requests must be submitted in writing using the contact information below, and must include the purchaser’s name, email, product/training purchased, and date of purchase.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pelvic Health Network, its owners, and its contributors (including Dr. Karin Fox) shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the site, your reliance on the information provided, or your engagement with providers listed in our directory. We focus on early recovery, but individual results vary, and recovery should always be supervised by your personal medical team.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites, research papers, or hospital systems. Pelvic Health Network is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites.
